Our mission is to help individuals and communities thrive.  We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, results-driven individual to join our growing team and fast-paced environment focused on making an impact in people’s lives.  The Data and Evaluation Manager will manage Better Tomorrows’ Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) and Raiser’s Edge databases.


This position is based in Marlton, NJ.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage Better Tomorrows’ Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) data system through identifying system modifications and improvements to facilitate program/service performance management and evaluation

Troubleshoot technical issues with users and field staff questions

Create custom reports in ETO

Enter data into ETO, Raiser’s Edge, and other databases for use in analyses and reports

Maintain Raiser's Edge donor database and donor, prospect, and gift records

Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of program and development results

Conduct quantitative and qualitative research including conducting interviews/surveys, and collecting, cleaning, coding, and analyzing datasets

Perform basic statistical analyses

Conduct regular audits of data

Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for Better Tomorrows to meet stated organizational objectives and track performance measures as part of grants


Required experience, skills, and experience:


·        Bachelor’s Degree in information management, public policy, nonprofit management, public health, public policy, mathematics, statistics, economics, urban studies, psychology, social work, sociology, gerontology, or a related field required. Any reasonable equivalent of combined education and experiences may be considered.

Prior experience in database administration, data system management, database architecture, data collection, data analysis, and data reporting required.

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and other computer software database programs; prior experience with ETO, Raiser’s Edge, and familiarity with SAP report development or user experience is preferred.

Ability to quickly learn new software.

Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research including conducting interviews, and collecting, cleaning, coding, and analyzing data sets.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-starter and creative thinker

Able to multi-task

Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
