Better Tomorrows is proud to announce that we have earned the Certified Organization for Resident Engagement & Services (CORES) Certification, recognizing our commitment, capacity, and competency in providing resident services coordination in affordable rental housing.

CORES certification recognizes organizations that have developed strong systems and practices for delivering resident services. Achieving certification signals a commitment to high standards for resident services, resident health and well-being, and data-informed operations and decision-making.

For Better Tomorrows, this recognition reflects the work we do each day in affordable housing communities across the country. Through onsite case management and programming, our team works alongside residents and community partners to support opportunities in areas including academic support, financial literacy, health and wellness, job readiness and stability, and social and community engagement.

The CORES certification process also reinforces the importance of strong organizational systems, meaningful resident engagement, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement. CORES-certified organizations are recognized for their commitment to industry best practices and a systems-based approach to resident services.

This certification provides additional external validation of Better Tomorrows’ approach to resident services and strengthens our ability to continue building partnerships that support residents and affordable housing communities. CORES also recognizes the value of collaborative partnerships, resident-centered outcomes, and data-driven approaches to understanding and deepening impact.
