Better Tomorrows welcomes Diana Sanchez to the team!

In her role as Chief of Staff, Diana Sanchez will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing critical support in managing the day-to-day operations of the organization. She will serve as the liaison between the CEO and various departments, ensuring seamless communication, accountability, and alignment with organizational goals. 

Diana Sanchez is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in community services, healthcare, and education. Diana has demonstrated her commitment to lifelong learning and professional development. Diana’s career has been marked by her passion for serving others and making a difference in the community. She has held various leadership roles,including Director of After School/Enrichment Activities at the Providence Center, where she administered programs for children in grades K-8. She also served as Administrator of Family Support Services at Methodist Services, where she supervised staff and managed program budgets to ensure quality services for families in need.

In her most recent role as Center Director at Active Day of Marlton, based in New Jersey, Diana provided leadership in all areas of operations, including person-centered care initiatives, personnel management, quality and safety, programming, community relations, and financial oversight. She is known for her ability to grow businesses through community networking and her active referral base.

Diana’s dedication to excellence and her strong leadership skills have made her a valuable asset in every role she has undertaken. She is committed to continuing her work in the community and making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Diana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Chestnut Hill College and a Master’s in Business Administration from Eastern University. We are excited to welcome Diana to our team and are eager to benefit from her expertise in supporting Better Tomorrows’ mission.
