The Communities at Lafayette

The Communities at Lafayette consists of four sites: Barbara’s Place, Glennview 1 and 2, and Woodward Terrace, with a total of 264 mixed-income units including low-income, tax-credit, and market.
Besides having an on-site laundry room and gym facility, all residents of the five sites gather in one Community Room, where Better Tomorrows hosts several programs/events (pre-Covid times). And just a block away, the residents have the convenience of cooling off in one of the city recreational pools during the hot summer days.
Located in the Bergen-Lafayette section of Jersey City, the Communities at Lafayette is a short distance from the bustling downtown area, and is a thriving community itself.
