Marionne Fernandez Named Director of Impact and Service Delivery
Better Tomorrows is pleased to announce the promotion of Marionne Fernandez to the role of Director of Impact and Service Delivery. In her new role reporting directly to the President and CEO, Ms. Fernandez will lead the Impact and Service Delivery team to position Better Tomorrows as a leader in the supportive services field in affordable housing communities. She will provide support to managers and social service coordinators, provide oversight to the evaluation and impact team, and collaborate with the leadership and Operations teams on strategic organizational priorities.
Fernandez joined Better Tomorrows as a Social Service Coordinator in November of 2015 at The Communities at Lafayette in Jersey City, NJ. In 2017, she was selected as the Better Tomorrows High Achiever for her service and accomplishments.
In January 2020, she was promoted to a Regional Lead Social Service Coordinator, overseeing both the Newark and Jersey City sites, which quickly led to another promotion in July 2020 to Regional Associate Director of the New England Region. Since then, she has been dedicated to supporting and leading a team of Social Service Coordinators in North Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, providing them with the resources and support to excel in their role whilst delivering quality services to all residents.
In July 2022, Ms. Fernandez was promoted to Deputy Director of Service Delivery, a role that charged her with keeping program standards and service operations on track.
Ms. Fernandez is excited to take the next step as Director of Impact and Service Delivery and feels honored by the opportunities she has earned to grow in her career especially in the area that she is most passionate about.
