Better Tomorrows has been on the property for many years and offers a variety of programs.

These programs include after school enrichment, summer enrichment, monthly food distribution, financial literacy, and career events.

Orchard Apartments offers spacious 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, and is situated on almost 8 acres of manicured grounds.

Residents In The Spotlight

Mr. Lopez was a single father to 3 children. He moved into Orchard Apartments in 2015 and began coming to many of the programs offered at Orchard Apartments. He had dreams of buying a home for his children, where they could play and see how hard work can pay off. He began working extra hours and saving his money. He attended several financial literacy programs and completed paperwork with PHFA in order to buy his own home. In October 2018 he was able to buy a home for him and his children.
