Winteringham Village is a federally – subsidized apartment community located in Toms River, New Jersey, offering one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments.
Our spacious apartments are fully equipped with wall-to-wall carpet, modern kitchen appliances, and air conditioners to give our residents the luxury of comfortable living at affordable costs.
In addition, residents may receive case management and supportive services from the on-site Social Service Coordinator provided by Better Tomorrows.
